1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order if: 

  • The item is unworn, unused, and in its original packaging
  • The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect
  • You received the wrong size or model

Items returned without prior authorization or that show signs of use may not be eligible for a refund.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
