1. Shipping Regions

We currently ship to most countries across Europe, including:

  • Denmark
  • Spain
  • France
  • Italy
  • Portugal
  • United Kingdom
  • And other eligible EU countries

We do not ship to PO Boxes or military addresses at this time.

2. Order Processing

Once your order is confirmed, we begin processing it within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

3. Delivery Times

We partner with trusted international logistics providers. Orders are typically shipped from fulfillment centers located in regions such as Asia or the Americas, depending on product availability and destination.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • France, Spain, Italy, Germany: 7–18 business days
  • Other EU countries: 10–20 business days

Note: These are average delivery times. Customs clearance or local delays may occasionally extend this timeframe.

4. Shipping Fees

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of the order.
  • Orders over €70 may qualify for free shipping
  • Express shipping has a fixed cost of €4.99.

5. Tracking Your Order

All orders include a tracking number, which will be sent to your email once your package is shipped.

Please note: It may take up to 7 business days for the tracking link to become active in the carrier’s system, especially for international shipments.

You can track the status of your delivery through our Track My Order page or directly on the shipping provider’s website.

6. Duties & Taxes

All prices listed on our website include VAT (when applicable). However, since some products are shipped from outside the EU, your order may be subject to customs duties or import taxes upon arrival, depending on your country’s regulations.

These fees, if applicable, are the buyer’s responsibility.

7. Delivery Issues

If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We are happy to assist and will work to resolve the issue promptly.
